Hi, I'm Christine
I'm a professional therapist in Littleton focused on creating a safe and caring environment for individuals and couples to heal.
This is your time. Time to heal and regain your sense of purpose. This can be your space to let go of old messages, pain, beliefs and blocks. You can remove the barriers to having the life you want. If you have the impulse to change the course of your life, you can begin now by embarking on your own healing with a holistic approach to counseling and psychotherapy.
I have spent over 25 years studying the healing arts. From biological sciences to massage therapy, to nutrition, to psychology and body mind psychotherapies, my life’s journey has been a study of healing. It has also been a journey for my own healing. I have longed to be whole, free, spontaneous and happy. This way of being became more possible when I began studying the body, mind, emotion and spirit nature of our humanness. Healing is possible when all of our self is included in the process.
In body centered therapy what can't be expressed verbally can be expressed through your physical self. What the mind does not or cannot say can be expressed with therapist led breathing and movement. This way of working deepens and often accelerates the healing process.
My specialty is Bioenergetic Psychotherapy. Bioenergetics is a form of psychodynamic psychotherapy that integrates work with body and mind to help people resolve their emotional problems and live a more vital, vibrant life.
I create a safe and caring environment for my clients. Therapy sessions combine traditional talk therapy with therapist led breathing and movement exercises designed to help the client understand how their problems manifest in their body and how releasing these patterns can begin to help resolve their emotional problems.
